Computer Supported Cooperative Work: The Bargaining Aspect

The book deals with the bargaining aspect of computer supported cooperative work. Time-management of working groups has to include personal time- and task preferences of the group members. Therefore the book deals with various issues of work distribution, in particular with conflict handling and its technical support. The book offers an interdisciplinary treatment of time aspects in working groups. Besides theoretical investigation from several different scientific fields empirical case-studies are presented.
