Kosovo: Economic and Social Reforms for Peace and Reconciliation (World Bank Technical Paper)

This report focuses on the principle economic and social reform policy tasks facing Kosovo in the aftermath of civic exclusion of its majority ethnic population and of divestment and neglect of both physical and human capital. It is intended to provide ideas to the interim civil administration of Kosovo lead by the United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK), the joint political and administrative structures, and Kosovo society as a whole.
