This textbook provides a detailed description of the operation of measurement devices and instruments. This textbook includes a new chapter on safety systems that addresses common safety devices and systems such as relief valves, rupture discs, burner control systems, hazardous location classifications, enclosures, and safety instrumented systems (SIS).
