Exercise Handouts for Rehabilitation

This book provides exercises for a customized rehabilitation program i n the areas of range of motion, progressive strengthening, stretching, and self-mobilization. The authors have provided a description and re presentative diagram of each exercise for the patient plus short-term and long-term goals. Using this reference, the clinician can easily re move the pages describing the appropriate exercises, copy them, and gi ve the copies to the patient for future home use. As the patient progr esses, additional exercises can be added until a complete rehabilitati on program has been created.
