INPATIENT OBSTETRIC NURSING (Certified Nurse Examination Series) (Passbooks) (CERTIFIED NURSE EXAMINATION SERIES (CN))

This series prepares you for the various tests for Certified Nurse conducted by the Certification Boards of the American Nurses' Association's (ANA) five Divisions on Practice, the Certification Board for Nursing Administration of the ANA Commission on Nursing Services, the National Certification Corporation (NCC) and other licensing and certification organizations.

Certification is a most important way for you to show that you are among the best in the world -- an extra step for you and your career, a step beyond state licensing. It gives you recognition and status on a national basis.

When you have been certified, you will be entitled to use one of the following letter designations for your certified specialty after your name:

R.N., C. -- Registered Nurse, Certified

R.N., C.S. -- Registered Nurse, Certified Specialist

R.N., C.N.A. -- Registered Nurse, Certified in Nursing Administration

R.N., C.N.A.A. -- Registered Nurse, Certified in Nursing Administration, Advanced
