Kokushi-Ryu Jujutsu

Jujutsu (or Jujitsu) is a generic term referring to the unarmed fighting techniques utilized by Japan's feudal warrior class, the Samurai, on the battlefields of Japan. Hundreds or perhaps thousands of different styles of jujutsu have existed across the centuries - many now lost in time. Kokushi-ryu Jujutsu is a modern derivative style of jujutsu "founded by the author based on his study of many old and modern Martial arts including ancient jujitsu, judo, karate, taekwondo, aikido, and kendo". This volume details the history, philosophy, and principals of Kokushi-ryu Jujutsu, with descriptions and photographs of its basic methods and techniques.
