A revised version of Dr Welden Bell's earlier well-known text. It provides the framework for understanding the pain mechanism and gives a classification/diagnostic system for orofacial pain disorders (cutaneous, dental, TMJ, mucogingival, muscular, visceral, neurovascular, neuropathic).
