Approaches to Teaching World Literature, now numbering over one hundred volumes, collects within each book different points of view on teaching a specific literary work, a literary tradition (e.g., metaphysical poetry), or a writer widely taught at the undergraduate level. The series is intended to serve nonspecialists as well as specialists.
