Carol Totsky Hammett began her teaching career over twenty-five years ago and has worked as a physical education specialist, pre-kindergarten teacher, and an early childhood special education teacher. She is currently an elementary school principal in Bend, Oregon.
Nicki Collins Geigert has worked as an educator for the past thirty-six years. She has led workshops for The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), various state early childhood organizations, and the American Alliance of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (AAHPERD). She lives in Carlsbad, California.
