Candyman

Candyman is the story of an Acadian family living in Halifax in the nineteen-fifties. This was an innocent time, a time of corner stores, a time of penny candy, a time when a girl could be proud of being known as the Candyman's daughter. Times change, girls grow up, innocence gives way to experience. But the family survives and so does the love that holds it together.
