Elementary Course in Probability for Cryptanalyst (Cryptographic Series)

This book represents an expansion of classroom notes of a series of lectures given to U.S. cryptanalysts during World War II. Text contains chapters concerning Logarithmic Weighting, Chi-Square Test, and Poisson Distribution. Later, the text was expanded, revised, and new problems added.
