This manual is intended for students of Management Accounting preparing for ICI, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA and ICSA examinations as well as undergraduates reading Accounting Business Studies, students on BTEC Higher level courses and managers in industry, commerce, local authorities and public coporations seeking a working knowledge of the subject. A new chapter has been included on computers and management accounting, while revisions and extensions have been made in the coverage of topics such as zero based budgeting and performance appraisal.
