Uniform System of Accounts for Restaurants

The AHMA publications (there are actually two of them) are the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry and the Uniform System of Accounts for Health, Racquet, and Sportsclub Industry. While both of our publications include sections on food service, they are not focused on or designed solely for the restaurant industry, as is the Uniform System of Accounts for Restaurants. Comment |
