Raising My Best Friends

Divorced with two children ages four and five, television news producer Luther Brown decides to take custody of his son and daughter. Presenting a series of stories and anecdotes, he shows how one African-American father reared two children, how they were equipped with the essentials for becoming contributing members of society, and how through it all, they became and remain best friends. There's no preaching here; nor is it a how-to tome. It is instead the poignant recounting of scenes from the life of a loving father and his kids.
