Hearken, O Ye People: Discourses on the Doctrine and Covenants

The Doctrine and Covenants, containing the most recently canonized scriptures given to man, occupies a unique and vital position among revealed truths. Each section, each verse, pure and eternal, is worthy of life-long study and application. Through its words the Lord speaks to his children. Nineteen Church Leaders and scholars, assembled at the annual Sidney B. Sperry Symposium, shared their testimonies and knowledge of the Doctrine and Covenants. Their papers, here published for the first time, are the result of lifetimes of gospel study. The topics are pertinent to spiritual growth, and the messages are informed and enlightened.
