California Real Estate Principles

Sherry Shindler Price brings a rich background in real estate and education to the creation and production of this book. Her 22 years in the real estate profession include 8 years of specialization in investment properties and residential sales. A California Community College Real Estate Instructor since 1986, Sherry has also used her extensive knowledge to write test questions for state licensing examinations in Nevada, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Maryland and Iowa. She has authored Escrow Principles and has written a series of continuing education courses for private real estate schools. Sherry holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Long Beach State College, a California Real Estate Broker's License and a California Community College Lifetime Instructor's Credential.
