Plowshares & Pork Barrels: The Political Economy of Agriculture (Independent Studies in Political Economy)

Agricultural subsidies in grains, cotton, milk, sugar, tobacco, honey, wool, and peanuts are analyzed in this examination of U.S. farm policy.
