Tides and Times

Tides and Times is the second in the series of lessons by Amado Crowley now being released to the public. It examines the human race's magical response to the natural world, giving a magical perspective on the seasons, physical reality, and personal problems. It explains the role that sex plays in magical ritual, and what it originally meant to be a 'Chosen One', or 'The Living Sacrifice'. This book describes the origins of Occultism, which can be traced back to ancient, prehistoric times. It suggests that our ancestral knowledge still sleeps in our unconscious, perhaps disguised as racial memory. The cosmos throbs with unseen power and, as we stumble towards our destiny, we may fail to recognize what motives drive us. Tides and Times helps us reconnect with that power.
