The Ethics of Legal Ethics

The Ethics of Legal Ethics is written for the student, attorney and lay public examining issues of ethics vs legal ethics. Each chapter cites case examples using the Model Rules 1.1 - 1.17 using the corollary portion of the Model Code to examine instances where that which is legally right may be morally wrong and ends with discussion questions making the book equally useful in seminar or lecture presentations.
