While visiting Robert Frost country in Vermont, Randle Manwaring was introduced (with some hyperbole) as being "like our Wallace Stevens: an insurance executive by vocation and a poet by avocation." This collection of verse is his fourteenth since 1951 and celebrates his fiftieth anniversary as a published poet.
