An innovative tool for parents and childbirth professionals The Childbirth Kit consists of a book describing a wide range of natural childbirth techniques, a set of 17 full-color image cards, and a Waiting Days calendar. The cards are designed to be used during labor. Each card is focussed on a specific phase of labor, and has an inspiring or focussing image on one side, and a visualization and set of tips on the other. The Waiting Days calendar is a motivational tool for mothers-to-be to use in the couple of weeks around their due date as they wait anxiously for the baby to arrive.
