Rehabilitating addicted physicians busted by the Medical Board is difficult enough but when eighty MDs are micromanaged by brilliant, street-wise bully-probation officer Simon Bovie, who is supervised by inept and distracted bureaucrats, it results in acrimony, suffering, even the violent deaths of two physician-clients and murder.
