The Coming of God

The Coming of God explores the ways in which God comes to us – in events, in people, in prayer. There is the hope that does not deceive, grace in the midst of our disasters, and light where we stumble in the darkness.

If you are so involved with the struggle of living that you feel you have no time or space for God, yet are inwardly dissatisfied, you are already being drawn into the central experience of salvation. For at the heart of all our experiences are need and longing. We are an Advent people. We look for the coming of God. And because God is a self-giving God he is committed to his people forever.
