What began with a small set of unique handmade brushes found by French design consultant Daniel Rozensztroch and writer and collector Shiri Slavin quickly escalated into an obsession. The result is a visual compendium of more than two hundred colour photographs capturing the seemingly endless variations of a useful, common tool, the brush. This delightful book is a must-have for anyone interested in design, folk art, and collecting. It will accompany an exhibition of the collection at the BibliothSque Forney in Paris opening in February of 2006.
