FUBAR

Satire, sarcasm, and hyperbole abound in this tale that has been likened to a modern-day adult humor version of Mark Twain's Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. Five million dollars are at stake in a winner-takes-all contest between two bitter rivals who also happen to be cousins. By the terms of their grandfather's will, 26-year-old amoral social parasite Kurt Stafford is first in line to receive a five-million-dollar inheritance. According to the terms of the will, however, Kurt must either finish a semester of college and gain admittance into his grandfather's fraternity or join the marines and finish boot camp before he can lay claim to the riches. Should Kurt fail, the inheritance will go to his 18-year-old cousin, Lyman. Both have their sights set on the dough, and they will stoop to any extreme to end up the winner. Bribing a Dartmouth-bound student to take and pass the college entrance exam and tricking up charges of statutory rape, plagiarism, and sex are just some of the measures taken in this completely politically incorrect, bawdy narrative.
