Just Look At Yourself! Empowerment for Middle School Girls

"Just Look At Yourself! Empowerment for Middle School Girls," is a book designed for use by school counselors, youth counselors, scout leaders, and anyone who works with groups of adolescent girls. It contains an 8 week support group curriculum which includes a leader's guide, student journal pages, and role play scenes. This curriculum has been used as the basis for two research projects and was proven to increase the self-esteem of the participants.
