Coastal Villages Press got such a fantastic reaction from the public after From the Heart was published that Kendall Bell soon started accepting submissions for a second book. Many people wanted to submit poetry. Kendall decided the poetry was just as much "from the heart" as the short stories he had been accepting, so he included poetry in this delightful sequel to From the Heart.
