Set in 16th England during the rule of Queen Elizabeth, Some Fools, A Turtle and Queen Elizabeth is a fanciful story of a less-than-stellar court jester and his quest to be entertaining enough to survive the Queen's Court. Jester Peppy Birthdaycakes comes from a long line of jesters. Unfortunetly, he inherited non of his forefathers' talent. When his father has a mishap and cannot appear in Queen Elizabeth's court, Peppy must trust the help of friends to become good enough to please the Queen.
