Alternative healing is promoted through unique exercises and mental processes. The author has been free of depression and manic episodes for twenty years - a monumental success. The author is a retired physicist and nuclear engineer. Modeling nuclear reactors has given confidence to model the brain, mind, soul, and God for understanding using a mostly physics approach. Muscles are connected to nerves and nerves to neurons within the brain. With conflicting exercises, we have a path for healing the brain. The brain creates the mind and recursively the mind controls the brain. Releasing repressed trauma memories and effects from neural networks allows the brain to work as a whole as it was meant to do. Is it not amazing that 80 billion neurons in the brain can synchronize for the mind to concentrate on one idea. Models of God are based upon Christianity, cosmology, physics, and inner messages received. When depressed and expecting death, normal abilities lessen but spiritual abilities become more prominent. We learn about artists by studying their art. We can learn about God by studying His universe. Nothing before Time is modeled for attempting to understand the Creation of the Universe and God's omnipresence, omniscience, and omnipotence. Manic-depressives can be very creative.
