Managing Externally-Funded Projects This book deals with the full spectrum of activities and skills involved in selecting the prospective client, to developing the proposal, and to executing the project at a brief but advanced level. This book encourages the performing organizations to think of externally-funded projects not simply as the efforts in preparing a proposal, but rather a continual cycle to encompass project execution and the efforts to continually improve the proposal-project cycle.
