La Divina Comedia Paradiso

This is the third and final part of Dante's epic, La Comedia Divina; join him at the gates of heaven and share his vision of Paradise. Visit the nine celestial spheres of heaven each signifying a cardinal or theological virtue. From the sphere of Venus, for souls that did good out of Love but were lacking the virtue of temperance, at Jupiter meet King David and other souls who embody the virtue of justice and at the eighth sphere encounter the vision of Christ and the Virgin Mary. Through each of the celestial spheres the presence of God is felt and the journey is complete when God is seen. Dante Alighieri wrote his masterpiece, La Divina Comedia between 1307 and 1321.
