The first edition sold out and the book was updated and reprinted by Ross in 1998. This new deluxe coffee-table edition is 12"x 11", full color throughout, 363 pages, and is bound in genuine leather. It contains an additional chapter written by Ross's wife Sue Barbour after Ross's death in August, 2011.
