We're Having a Heat Wave

After lightning strikes, a television weatherman in Ohio discovers he can control Toledo's weather, but his joy is short-lived when jealous rivals try to get him booted out of his profession. As a meteorological society holds a hearing on his fate, dangerous tornadoes threaten the city.
