What goes around comes around, a lesson Shay learns all too well in Karma. Shay, a young and beautiful business student, launches into the world of drugs, sex and betrayal with a little help from her boyfriends. The first, Smooth, is a smalltime drug dealer just trying to get back in the game. After giving him her all, Shay learns just how scandalous Smooth can be. In the process of leaving Smooth, Shay meets Diondre -- the cities number one supplier. Using his charm, Diondre manages to sweep Shay off her feet. Soon, Shay finds herself caught up even deeper in the vicious drug game. As Shay lives the privileged life of a kingpin's girl, she dreams of one day settling down.
