The Effect of Teachers Traits on Job Satisfaction

Dissertation research study designed to describe the extent to which selected factors are predictive of teachers’ job satisfaction. This was accomplished through the collection and analysis of multiple measures of teachers’ traits. The criterion variable was teachers’ perceived job satisfaction. The predictor variables were teachers’ perceived involvement and participation, teachers’ perceived motivation, grade level of instruction, stipend recipient, and years of teaching experience.
