Mindset - A Sci-Fi Novel

Mindset is a mind-bending science fiction thriller about a leading neuroscientist, Jack Cooper, who invented the new Mindset BlueTooth technology that converted thoughts to text on a smart phone. Without Jack's knowledge, his development team sells out to a Venture Capital firm from Pittsburg who wants to use the device for political gain by placing thoughts into people's minds. In an attempt to reveal the truth, Jack is taken on a thrill ride of deception, mind-control, and distorted reality. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ After leaving a business dinner gone south, Jack noticed a black SUV trailing closely behind. Curious to see if the vehicle would follow, he quickly turned right onto the I-10 ramp. As he took his eyes off the road for one last second, he heard the squealing of tires, the twisting of metal, combined with the airbag explosion and the shattering of broken glass. Disoriented, he tried to climb out of the smashed overturned rental, but the pain became unbearable, and then all went dark.
