Days of Darkness

Berlin, 1925. The forge in which the lives of unsuspecting millions will be molded. Enter Rima Baltus, country girl, seeking excitement and romance in the most dangerous and fascinating city in the world. Her friend Marlene will teach her the life of the sophisticated new woman and introduce her to the Cabaret scene. Rima will become the object of desire of two vastly different men: Albert Schnee, prominent businessman, and Conrad Hessler, idealistic leader of the Nazi student movement. The fight for Germany's soul between the Nazis and the Communists will unfold through the eyes of these two young women. Through uncertainty and loss, Rima and Marlene struggle to find romance and happiness in turbulent times.
