Around the World in Forty Years: Volume I: Ten Terrific Years

These books, Volumes I, II, III and IV, of "Around the World in Forty Years," are a chronicle of 40 years (1970-2010) of traveling to 53 countries and making 40 trips to Mexico. They are filled with the history, personal experiences and tidbits of each country, followed by easy-to-prepare recipes from each region. In Volume I (1970 through 1979) we visited Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Haiti, Jamaica, The Bahamas, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, France, Greece, Egypt, Morocco, Spain, Canada, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Singapore, Sri Lanka, The Philippines, India, Nepal, Thailand and Hong Kong. I now share these stories with you in the hope that they inspire someone else to experience the diverse, wonderful world we all live in.
