It’s in the news, children are in trouble, law enforcement’s hands seem to be tied. R. R. A. C. C. the international biker organization, Road Rider’s Against Child Crimes, is powerless, because they have no chapter in the area, no members anywhere in the state, where the outrages are taking place. There just seems to be no help, at least no help close enough to where the children are located. The organization’s manpower is tied up all over the country, helping others in need. R. R. A. C.C. turns to an old friend, to have him go and assess the situation. He will have to ride across three states to get to where the children are located. No sooner does help for the children ride into town than trouble finds him, if more help doesn’t arrive fast, it will be too late. Who will save the children!
