Biogenes: The Castle of Divides (Volume 1)

In the quiet reaches of our world, where humans rarely dare to tread and more rarely care to trespass, lie the remnants of a fading world. There rule the mythical beasts, creatures of cunning wit and uncanny power, who hide away the secrets that mankind seems to have forgotten long ago – including that humans possess magic of their own. Determined to find out what it is, she follows him deeper into a world of strikingly magnificent magic, forgotten beasts, and scientists bent on reviving dragons from extinction. She soon realizes, however, that nothing about the world of magic is as defined as he seems to believe.
