What Is a Hero? Damson Dragon Diary 1

Damson is 64 yrs old, and can lift her Jeep without a jack, but her mother still calls her her "little girl." Teen half dragon, Damson has had to hide her nature her whole life to stay out of site of the Order of St. George, the people who murdered her father. She doesn't have any friends, she can't remember what name she's supposed to be using this week, and there are 25 year old nuns who have had more action than she has. Now, working as an EMT in Austin, Texas, with the best and bravest man she's ever known, and rubbing shoulders with superheroes, she's finally coming into her own. After all, what's the point of being different, if she can't make a difference?
