Meet Joe, therefore, and his animal friends Jimmy the rat, Digger the shrew, Tony the rat, Horace the horse, Mario the mouse and Spikey the hedgehog, all of which share in Joe’s adventures around the Mediterranean islands of Malta and Gozo.
