◠Troubleshoot problems as they arise
◠Predict and counter your opponent's strategy
◠Learn to use percentages in your favor to be more competitive and win more often
You've heard the advice on how to play tennis: use high percentage, especially on the big points. But how specifically is "high percentage" defined? The Tennis Strategy Map was designed to be a quick reference that you can put in your bag and take onto the court with you to get fast answers to the questions that arise in practice and competition. The Map tells you exactly what is meant by "high percentage," the specific shots that should be used in various circumstances and the general tactical rules and techniques that will keep the percentages working for you rather than against you. It can also be used to prepare for a match by helping you build a tactical game plan in just a few minutes for playing against all types of players: how to use your strengths to exploit their weaknesses and how to prevent your weaknesses from being exploited.
The Map was designed with the competition tennis player in mind. You will become acquainted with what the top touring pros already know: that tennis is a game of probabilities. With the collaboration of USPTA teaching professionals, a mountain of tactical information was simplified and packed into the quick reference format of an easy to navigate tennis roadmap.
