Crow County Sheriff s Department had their hands full trying to solve the quickly growing cold, missing person case of seventeen-year-old Sarah McCoy. Sarah s parents, Doctor Larry and Caroline McCoy, were convinced that Sarah had been kidnapped, but there was no evidence to support their suspicion.
