Bread Beckers Recipe Collection

This is not a cookbook but a collection of some of our favorite recipes. Everywhere we go the people we meet seem to want one thing more than anything else...our recipes! Our philosophy, however, is to keep baking very simple, so you will find in this collection some basic recipes that we vary in many different ways. The focus is mainly on baked goods, especially breads, but I have tried to include various other dishes that we enjoy, all of which have no white flour, no white sugar, and no hydrogenated fat. Some of these recipes have been shared with me by others.
