When three sisters arrive to claim the oldest house in town for themselves, you can bet the residents of this tiny beach community will have something to say about it.

For the sisters, it started a letter stating they've inherited a dilapidated beach house from a relative they don't remember. Complications arise when each sister wants something different from their unexpected gain. Plus, they haven't spoken to each other in more than a dozen years.
