ISIS kidnaps the Secretary of State on a peace mission in Syria and holds him for a fifty billion dollar ransom, Secretary of Defense, Jack "Burner" Stewart calls in the Black Eagle Force. A CIA Analyst breaks a coded message from ISIS to the North Koreans for the purchase of two nuclear weapons. Someone tries to keep her from getting the information to the SecDef and attempts to kill both of them. The President issues an Executive Order... Disband the BEF. A fleet of mysterious black helicopters from a secret base in Mexico crosses the Rio Grande to destroy Eagle Nest Ranch. Who is it? Who created ISIS and their reign of terror?
