He loves the design of the place and is thrilled when his hero, John Lennon, meets him at the entrance to give him the Magical Mystery Tour. His euphoria wanes when he learns of the rules and regulations imposed by the Big Guy. He is definitely not happy to find he is subject to the same rules as all the other Cloud inhabitants and must do his time, despite his secret plan to return to Earth immediately. Enlisting the help of an eccentric group of geniuses like himself, Steve challenges The Cloud World Order.
