(While wine aggravates that of Lycopodium and Lachesis.) Diarrhoea is characterized by hot stool and flatus. Seminal emissions without dreams are more peculiar than for Picric acid, for these are without erection and without excitement of fancy; that is, they occur unconsciously. Sexual desire is generally diminished; although it may be increased at times. Penis is cold. Scrotum is relaxed; excretes perspiration of strong odor. Chill Apt to have a chill after any stool, and at any time he passes it, especially in the forenoon. Lycopodium also has chill after stool, and Shuddering after urination. Sulphur and Pulsatilla have a chilly sensation before, during, and after urination. Natrum mur. chilling only after urination. This chilliness is all the more striking in these five members of the Club, since they are all better in the open air. Natrum Mur. is a railroad engineer, who, while working in a swampy district, fifteen years ago, developed malaria, which was duly suppressed by quinine. His flesh, since then, has been dwindling, though he has a ravenous appetite. He is anaemic. Vesicles often break out on his face. He cannot exert hands and arms without suffering shortness of breath, which is especially aggravated from rapid walking or ascending steps. He trembles after emotional excitement. His face has shiny skin (Lycopodium) as if oily. Vision becomes dim while writing, and he frequently sees fiery zizgazs. Headache Exertion of vision results in Headache with a sensation as though his eyes were drawn together in a convergent strabismus. Periodical, congestive headaches trouble him, similarly to Sulphur, Lycopod...
