Fibrin--produced by clotting of blood, lymph, or chyle; elastic, gelatinous, fibrillar. Fibrins.--Slowly sol-Gluten-proteins--soluble in dilute alcohol; best uble in dilute acids or obtained by kneading wheat-flour on a sieve; 10 % NaCl. starch passes through; sticky, elastic gluten remains.
